I came in contact with an employee named Jen at chapel hills mall ! She was giving dirty looks and mumbling under her breath(supposedly to the plants) but it was towards my children and I as we were ridng the electric animals and when I asked her about it she became very rude !!! And wouldn’t give me her name ! Told me it was none of my business !!!! I will never use their services and will tell anyone I know not to as well because having employees with that kind of attitude towards guest in the mall is unacceptable
